Hopefully they won't ever get  as clunky as "By special arrangement with the Jerry Siegel family"

I love it , Stan Lee had to make special arrangements with Stan Lee to get The Angel to appear .
Looks Like Tony needs to plug into his armor sockets and charge up them transistors.

It reminds me of when Bill Gaines wrote a pair of letters to the New Yorker, demanding a correction. I'm shocked I can't find a scan online, but here's the summary from the New Yorker website:

 QUOTE:
DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION regarding an incidental Intelligence item, which stated that Educational Comics, Inc., publishes “The Vault of Horror,” and other horror-tale magazines. Mr. William M. Gaines, vice-president of Educational Comics, Inc., in a letter, demands an immediate retraction of this. In a subsequent letter, he denies having anything to do with Educational Comics, Inc., and is distressed to have had the horror publications credited to Educational Comics, Inc., instead of to the E-C. (Entertaining Comics) group, of which he is also vice-president.
