It's a couple of days early, I know, but what is normally a heavy travel period is supposed to be especially well traveled this season.  Wherever your travels take you, however you choose to spend the holiday, please do it safely.  Stuff your face with as much turkey, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole as your stomach can handle.  If you drink, get a ride or cab it.  I'd really like everyone to return here happy and healthy albeit with a pound or two extra around the midsection!

Enjoy the holiday, gang!  And thanks for making the JBF a great destination on the worldwide interwebs!

All the folk I usually mooch off on T'day are out of town, so I'll be celebrating with Gwynn and Poe. Fortunately, the Food Emporium lays out a good serve-yourself buffet for us lonely souls on holidays like this.

I found myself thinking, as I do every year, of when I would fly out to MidOhioCon. That was Thanksgiving weekend, and normally I'd travel on the day itself. It was almost like having a private plane!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone. I hope it all goes smooth and stress free. I hope to be enjoying a day of cooking the bird and my usual holiday viewing.

King Kong, Son of Kong, Mighty Joe Young, Godzilla King of Monsters, Them ! and finally Miracle on 34th street to usher in the Christmas season.

Matt, Brad, JB, Anthony, et al, have a great holiday!  I am looking forward to a Thanksgiving where it's just me and my wife.  No added stress this year for me!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Will have my son and daughter this holiday. Will have one meal and family gathering at my Mothers. Friday, we get to do it all over again at my Fathers.

Now, where did I put those stretchy pants of mine.

Have a great Thanksgiving, everyone. I have once again failed to convince my wife to have Mexican food. She's dead set on the traditional turkey dinner. Maybe next year...

(JB, if you want to come over you're always welcome!)
