My Lack of God! You sound like a kid arguing with another kid over whose Dad is tougher! "Our nuclear threat is greater than your nuclear threat!"

As noted above, the chance that some terrorist nation might launch a few nukes, even if they were able to target, say, New York or Washington, is a far cry from the armageddon threatened during the Cold War. (Capital letters, btw. It wasn't called that because it was chilly outside.)

Of course, M.A.D. assumes we are dealing with rational minds, not religious fanatics.
