"Niagara Falls (Canadian side) has one in June that looks good to me. I've enjoyed Canada the few times I've been there and never seen the Falls from the "better" side. I haven't been to a bigger convention in a while so I'm excited after getting the approval from the wife (she'll be eight months along)."
-------------------------- FYI - the Canadian dollar has plummeted in value along with oil process. The Canadian dollar is now trading at 79 cents US. So American tourists can expect some nice exchange rates on their dollars when they come to visit us this year.
When in Niagara, be sure to sample ice wine with a sweet dessert. It is expensive, but only Germany and Niagara have the climate to make it (grapes are left on the vine until freezing temperatures have arrived. This concentrates sugars, and makes for a very sweet dessert wine).

I'm thinking of Baltimore again in September, but I want to be sure that I can go instead of holding off until the last minute and deciding not to.

Peter, Thanks so much for the advice (Canadians = classy). I'll have to check out other conventions north of the border (one advantage of living in Central NY is that Canada is right there).

Sebastien - no, it's in New Jersey. Moncton has a con now? Cool!
I just checked it out. I figured Bradshaw would be there, he lives in Moncton!

My older daughter wants to go to NYCC when it returns to the Javits Center this October, so I would probably go with her.
Other than that, Connecticut ComiConn is the only one I usually attend regularly. Unfortunately, for 2015, it's moving across the state to the Mohegan Sun. I'll probably still go, however.

I am going to the Indy Con this March. Besides local, smaller conventions in my area, I hope to travel back to Chicago for either C2E2 of Wizard World (I'd like to go to both, but it's unlikely I can). I also would like to go to the Denver con because I have a friend I'd like to visit there and that would kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
