11" x 17" illustration of Spider-Man, no backgrounds; the details are:

- please draw Spider-Man swinging on his webbing in a pose similar to how he appeared on the cover of Spider-Man: Chapter One # 8:

http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=101223

Scanner snipped the end of Mr. Spider's finger, but it's on the original!

(Something vaguely Kirby going on in this one. . . )

Interesting, that you see Kirby in this piece. I see a marriage of Ditko and Romita Sr. in this one. The Romita Sr. I think is from the way you rendered the webbing.

Love your Spider-Man JB. You are on the Mount Rushmore of Spider-Man artists to me. Great to see the web-head again.

Nice! I think the eye pieces are reminiscent of Kirby, but not an exact copy by any means.

Nicely done. Looks great rotated 90 degrees, too!

Maybe it's just in my mind, but it feels like your "camera angle" has
changed a bit on some of the recent commissions. A little closer to the
floor, so to speak.

The eyes remind me of ones on the 70's tv costume. Very cool.
I see a lot of Romita Sr. In the rest of it.

Fantastic piece, JB!

I see Kirby in the way the eyes are drawn.

Romita Sr's Spider-Man was a more heroic figure -- I'm
referring to how he was drawn. Ditko's Spider-Man was
quirkier and almost creepy (in an awesome way).
