Ronin came out when I was sbout 14, and the seduction scene in issue 4 sent my teenage hormones through the roof. I reread it again a few months ago and it was still very powerful. I still feel this was the best work MIller produced after Daredevil.

That's nothing Jim.... imagine reading John Byrne's Fear Book at the age of 20 and how that may influence a young guy. Nearly 30 years later (After only a single reading, when it was first published)I still have vivid memories of a few more disturbing scenes!

HAH! That would hurt, but not nearly my biggest fear.
Actually, most of the most hurtful or fear-filled possibilities have already been faced. I'd be curious to see if I could tolerate and accept my biggest fear come true.... muchless not be surprised by what it turned out to be.
