I was at Heroes all weekend, mostly picking up art commissions. It's always a good time, although Saturday it was as crowded as I've ever seen it -- and they've more than doubled their floor space in the past few years.

Down our way it's Supanova Perth this weekend - Art Adams, Frank Cho, and Cully Hamner headlining, plus a raft of our local comics guys. Always a good weekend here!

So Supanova 2016 just wrapped, I spent most of the weekend there talking to folk on the Alley. Arthur Adams, Joyce Chin, Frank Cho, and Cully Hamner are four of the nicest people going. The sketch-off panel on Sunday was an outstanding success. Great convention, we're already wondering who'll be out next year to top that list.

Mal, Cully and Art Adams have a rather interesting photo up from their time in Australia on Facebook. Give it a look.

Probably a good thing you declined, or a lot of JBFers would be looking for cheap flights to Buenos Aires!

Anyone attending SDCC? Jim Davis will be there, his first time at San Diego Comic-Con. Where he will be signing the new book "The Art of Jim Davis' Garfield".

I'm not hitting SDCC but having a signed Garfield book by Davis would be fantastic.
