A hard G, as in LOG, has been the most common. Dave Cockrum, tho, pronounced it ROGUE, which I kind like! Nobody seems to have gone for ROUGE yet!

Looking through the covers at GCD, on Hulk doesn't seem all that big. He's on a scale similar to other "big man" characters like Juggernaut and the Beast, but smaller than guys like Wendigo and the Abomination.
