I hope that chain is made out of Adamantium, otherwise Hulk should be able to break out of it as easily as I would after being wrapped in tissue paper.

The plugs on Iron Man's chest plate were there from the beginning, even on the gray armor. As I recall, it was Jim Starlin who first lowered them from just below the collar bones to nipple height.

Perhaps Joel Shumacher could direct the next Iron Man film.

After a quick check it looks like they were moved in Iron Man #78 when George Tuska returned to the book after a brief run by Arvel Jones.

Is there much difference in these covers? Seems the Hulk's size was kind of an issue over the years….

I'm not as bothered by the Hulk & Doc Samson cover. It's been a long time since I read his origin story, but I recall him being pretty beefy.
Doc Samson also started off as strong as a calm Hulk, but seems to have gotten weaker over the years.

Doc Samson also started off as strong as a calm Hulk, but seems to have gotten weaker over the years.•• When Roger Stern and I did the HULK ANNUAL with Angel and Iceman, there was a scene originally drawn as the Hulk leaping up to latch onto a launching rocket, then Samson leaping a moment later and missing. Shooter order the scene redone, saying it made it appear as if Samson was stronger than the Hulk. Rog and I asked how this could be, since Samson jumped and missed. "But he jumped further!" said Shooter. Rog and I argued that this had nothing to do with defining either character's strength, since the Hulk jumped only as far as he needed to, while Samson jumped as far as he could. But the Whim of Iron was in force, and we lost that argument.

Rogie got his name when I sent in a robot sketch to CPL, the fanzine Roger Stern was working on in the 70s. Since there were already several Rogers "on staff" our metal mascot was dubbed ROG-2000, and people have been mispronouncing his name ever since!
