Was this built with the builders personal money or did he borrow from bankers (thus public money) to finance this....disaster?

That drone shot is eerily like the opening of Kubrick's The Shining.

Which is pretty fitting-- that is one scary looking park.

This project appears to be a disaster. What a horrible loss in time, funds and property for Kentucky. It appears that Ken Ham's belief that people would flock to his ark experience was wrong. I'm sure we will see him reinterpret the facts to allow calling this disaster a success. He is quite adept at self delusion.
