Or possibly a member of the Enclave from Fallout 2.

(Alchemy's mask looks kind of like the Enclave Powered Armor helmet)

Since I don't watch Supergirl, Arrow or Legends last night's episode was disappointing -- no interest to find out what happens. Hopefully next week will be back to normal.

This week's Supergirl was really good, and this week's Flash had me GEEKING OUT FOR THE ENTIRE EPISODE!

I kinda like how they got Supergirl into this without having to merge universes.

When I hear "Dominators", I hear, "Miracle Machine." Draw your own conclusions, but don't be surprised if we see it by Thursday.

THEORY: HR always - ALWAYS - has that stick with him. Just like Mr. Elements wand, or Dr. Alchemy's Philosopher Stone. And Alchemy and HR showed up at the same time. I'm adding two and two here....

Yeah they way HR was talking with Wally really has me wondering about him and his motivations....

HR is not the dorky goofball he seems to be, not by a long shot. And yeah, he's coming off as ten kinds of sinister/I-have-an-agenda here. Won't be too surprised if he has something to do with Savitar or is a Rogue in the making.

We might even find that Savitar is the one who caused all of the Flashpoint changes, trying to alter what Barry had done when he traveled in time. If anything would get Cisco back on Team Flash...

I think the Miracle Machine was made by the Controllers (the Sun Eater guys who were split-offs from the Oan/Zamaron species before they became immortal and left Malthus.)

I find this criticism interesting because it was still a very Flash-centric
episode. I've seen more complaints that it had too much Flashpoint and
Wally angst rather than focusing completely on the Dominators plot.
Other than the cliffhanger, I thought it stands alone fine as a Flash
episode with a ton of guest stars.

Alchemy preceded HR's arrival by several episodes. Having Alchwny
luck into Team Flash deciding to contact an alternate Wells is just too
silly.

Michael,
From my perspective, I don't care for the other 3 shows - so had no interest in the characters at all. Most of the Flash storyline seems to be filling in the other characters on what's been happening to him/them. (kind of a hey watch my show, this is what's happening), with a small amount of interesting takeaways. That's all. Just wasn't for me.

I had to rewind my DVR and pause on that scene for a moment. I said to my son. You know what that is? That's the Hall of Justice !!! How cool was that. :D

My wife looked at me like I was some weirdo homeless guy that yells random stuff when I exclaimed "Hall of Justice" last night when we were watching THE FLASH.

I really enjoyed the 4-part crossover.  It really sets up each individual series with some cool stuff.  And it also allows Supergirl to come over for a visit too!

i just hope that what happened on LoT means no more gloomy gus Cisco. He's actually my favorite character (other than Barry) on the show, and I hated seeing him being mad at Barry.

It looks like the Cisco-Barry 'axe' has been buried...and perhaps Oliver will have a somewhat different perspective, as well.

Very nice mid-season finale.
I miss the real Cisco, I think he was one of the pillars of the show, but I expect to see him back soon.
I don't like the fact that the bad guy is a velocist again ("My name is Barry Allen, and I'm just one of the fastest people alive"), but that's not too bad.
It was great to see Jay Garrick.

Question for others who watched the last episode.  How did Barry know that he went 5 months into the future?  He told Jay that.  He accidentally went up there so he wouldn't know because that was a target point. Was there something in the future scene itself that told us?  IIRC,first thing he did was see a tv report about the Flash capturing someone.  Then he sees his future self with Iris and Savitar.  Jay drags him back before he can intervene.   I'm probably missing something, but I don't recall anything there that would tell him it was 5 months later.  What am I missing.

We asked the exact same thing. There was nothing that we caught in story that said that.

The only thing I could figure out is that the season finale is five months away.

I saw nothing in context that indicated he went five months forward.

I have to say that it was quite a surprise, and more than a little pleasant, that the mid-season finale (!@^@#$%#$!!!!) was NOT a cliff hanger. Nice to know that yes, the story will go on anyhow... but I don't need to be forced to be brought back in six weeks. Yes, they know, I'm watching ANYHOW.

Under the 52 logo in the news report, there's some black text that could
be a date stamp.

Thanks, Michael.  Glad to see I'm not the only one it puzzled.  Thought it might be something obvious that I was missing.  I watched it live with a dvr and did rewind to look again.  I  also thought it might be in the tv report, but I didn't see anything there.  Not that important, I suppose, it just perplexed me.  I guess the important part is what he saw and how he tries to prevent it.

Is anyone else wondering how Earth 2 Flash was able to find Flash so quickly when Flash jumped into the future?

I think Earth 2 Flash has already jumped to the future and saw something he shouldn't have. Thats why he is pushing Barry so hard to not future jump.

Maybe I just can't trust the writers (in a good way) and see hidden plot points everywhere I look....;-)
