How long before he gets kicked out of Mar-A-Lago? He's not allowed to use it as a permanent residence.

Miller, he legally cannot use Mar-A-Lago as a full time residence due to an agreement with the city. He abused that agreement while in office, but the city can now kick him out if he tries to use it as a residence. That, or re-zone it so its no longer a resort.
