And all I keep reading, via social media, are people who have CONVINCED themselves that the man will be in handcuffs soon. Or impeached. And then kicked out.
Believe me, I'd like to see Cotton Candy Hair kicked out of office, I think he's disruptive for the world (his policies could set the clock back decades!). I'd love it if he resigned. But I don't see him getting kicked out or arrested. Maybe it's wishful thinking - and more power to them - but some seem convinced he'll be in jail soon (not sure what for).
I can only hope he gets bored and resigns!

I see. Wonder if he'll build that wall? Preferably, he'll one day build a wall around him and his sycophants.

Okay, let's put aside hashtags and wishful thinking.
What are the likes of 45 being impeached and then kicked out of office?
Are these hashtag people just engaging in wishful thinking? I'm not a lawyer - is he doing anything that is even flirting with law-breaking right now? What are the chances?
The sad thing is, these hashtag folk seem convinced, but I feel it's just wishful thinking and desires. I'd like to know if anyone out there actually has a LEGAL case, and some knowledge, pertaining to the impeachment of Cotton Candy Hair.

CNN continues to take Trump's bait (this is their actual headline as we speak):
I guess "fake news" is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

He's not going to get impeached until the makeup of the House and Senate drastically changes, which is unlikely in 2018, even with a political shift.
The grounds for Impeachment are "Treason, Bribery, and High Crimes and Misdemeanors". Barring any audio or video of Trump taking a personal check from Putin, the reasons for impeaching Trump will come from the latter two and whether his conduct consists of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" will be more of a political decision than something that fits any strict legal criteria.

Thanks, Michael.
I'm finding it disheartening. I know some of it is clickbait (which I don't click on), but a legal expert (well, a lawyer) on Twitter talked about how 45 will be impeached - yet it didn't seem to be based on anything concrete. I just wish he'd resign. The creature is a child. He lacks tact/diplomacy. His tweets are dictatorial (for god's sake, Cotton Candy Hair, stop having tantrums about what a news outlet or comedy show has said about you). God, I absolutely detest every atom of his being.

Nothing is compelling anyone to bitch about the asshole every day. If he's getting on your nerves so much, then take a 'Trump-Free' break in a part of the internet...or just this forum.. that isn't devoted to him.I try to check this thread out on occasion, but it has really degenerated into incontinent nail-biting and needing to use 'fainting couches'.

I think you'll find, Brian, that someone like myself is a frequent poster elsewhere on this forum. In all of the sub-forums.
Fainting couches? Not familiar with such a term.
I just fear for the future of a great country like the US, and its relations with a country like the UK, with him in charge.
Nothing is compelling you to actually complain about other people's opinions, either.

******* Actually, I'm compelled to BITCH because I don't want one day of this idiotic presidency to fall into NORMALCY. Because this thread is entitled "Acting Presidential" and people here on the forum CARE about current events effecting our country... it helps to express my opinions with the rest of the forum as I do with other topics. Thankfully, our host allows us to express these opinions here.

So, Trump Jr and Kellyanne Conway both got rid of their Secret Service protection today. What's going on?
