Some great stuff here. Thanks guys.

It was also suggested to me to get the Jose Luis Garcia
Lopez, DC Graphic Novel TWILIGHT.

I would mention that some stuff mentioned such as Micronauts and ROM are unavailable in collections due to rights issues.

Stephen, Twilight is wonderful based solely upon the art. The story and characters are among the most foul and disrespectful bastardizations of classic strips ever put to paper. Depending upon  your familiarity with DC's original sci-fi characters from the 1950's & 60's, you may want to proceed carefully.

I enjoy the work of Jose Garcia Lopez more than I can say, but I won't have that book in my house. The DC graphic novel "Star Raiders" is a more painless way of getting a good Lopez fix, and the artwork is painted.

Also, the Micronauts never received a TPB collection that I can recall, but the earlier issues were reprinted in a "Special Edition" mini-series on Baxter paper.

I loved Twilight but had no familiarity with the characters in it prior to that.
