Just got some very bad news re: a family member. They found three lesions and a tumor against her spinal cord. She had some pretty bad uterine cancer a few years ago, but everything seemed to be going well with the worst behind her. Now this.

She's en route to Chattanooga right now to have an emergency radiation treatment. I'm not sure exactly what that means as far as the future and her treatment, but I'm fearing the worst. Fuck cancer. Goddammit. 

Send positive energy her way. She's gonna need it.

Cancer took my Father about three years ago.

Sure do wish Sean Connery with his ponytail, finding a
cure, wasn't fiction.

My family has been affected by cancer too many times so I wish you and yours strength and courage at this difficult time.

Thanks guys. No updates this morning other than they were gonna wait until this AM to start the radiation.

Update:

Multiple brain lesions are cancer. They're going to drill holes in her head tomorrow to get her ready for radiation. 

Fuck.
