Wilson should probably just stop throwing the ball at this point.

I don't know if you saw the end of the Miami game, but the Cardinals blew clock management BIG TIME.  After the bad snap on first down they should have opted to work the clock instead of two passes, one well short that they ran out bonds and one incomplete, before pointing.  Just BAD.

Thursday, December 8

  • Raiders at Chiefs W

Sunday, December 11

  • Steelers at Bills W

  • Broncos at Titans W

  • Saints at Buccaneers L

  • Redskins at Eagles L Eagles had their chances.

  • Cardinals at Dolphins W Miami best home record in AFC.

  • Chargers at Panthers W SD running off the rails.

  • Bengals at Browns W Cleve @Buff next wk then home vs. SD followed by @Pittsburgh so next 2 games are their best shot.

  • Bears at Lions W Bears scared me for a minute, then reverted to 2016 form.

  • Texans at Colts L

  • Vikings at Jaguars W

  • Jets at 49ers  W Niners gave away 2 touchdown lead at home to a crap team, which helps explain their 1-12 mark.

  • Falcons at Rams W Fisher's seat getting hot.

  • Seahawks at Packers L 3rd straight for revitalized GB but Rodgers may be gimped.

10-4 thus far

We've been in a dry spell.  Back in the day I used to give for twofers but then they were too common - which also meant I missed a few every now and then.  Now they're pretty rare, maybe too rare?  But we have (at least) one this week!  Only Brian Floyd saw that the Texans were going to beat the Colts, sweeping them for the first time in franchise history.  Way to go!  Put this next to the Xmas cards on the mantle.

Late games...
  • Jets at 49ers - Wrong.  This is why the Niners are 1-12

  • Falcons at Rams - Right.  The Rams look like dogshit.  They weren't even competitive.  The Falcons are good, but they're not that good.

  • Seahawks at Packers - Wrong. HAGERMAN RIGHT

  • Cowboys at Giants - Wrong.

    Saints at Buccaneers - Right

8-7 on the week so far.  2-2 v Hagerman. I realized my mistake in picking an even number of disagreements halfway through the Packers drubbing the Chickens.  Stupid me.

I think picking the Panthers would have been right for the same reason picking the Dolphins was (and I should know; I was wrong about both).

I am proud of our merry band that two people picked the Giants.  I didn't have the guts.

With the firing of Jeff Fisher today, there's a (possibly legitimate) rumor that Jim Harbaugh is being seriously looked at as the head coach for the Rams.

Harbaugh's a great coach (I have a personal distaste for him, but he's a talent).  49ers fucked up big time canning him.

I would find it hard to believe Harbaugh would leave Michigan anytime soon. It's his dream job.

"Week 14 is in the books, so let's get right to it" ;)

  • Raiders at Chiefs : I am an ass...knew I forgot something yesterday....

  • Steelers at Bills : classic O vs D...Big Ben > Tyrod W

  • Broncos at Titans : classic D vs O :) upset, I need to catch up and the Broncos are out of playoff contention W

  • Saints at Buccaneers : Bucs in hunt for the Div W

  • Redskins at Eagles : Kirk and his crew W but only in the end

  • Cardinals at Dolphins : is everything lost ? L apparently

  • Chargers at Panthers : All in ! L Philip, stop these INT please, or No Hall of Fame !

  • Bengals at Browns : RGIII !!! L one more wasted pick to get an I told you so I would'nt even have had :(

  • Bears at Lions : For the Div W

  • Texans at Colts : Division final L horrible picks, Andrew

  • Vikings at Jaguars : Upset special week L but close

  • Jets at 49ers : OMG...Losers

  • Falcons at Rams : Will the Falcons find new way to lose ? W too easy

  • Seahawks at Packers : LOB ultimate challenge / Rodgers ultimate challenge...match of the week. L no match at all ! So kind from Seattle's WR to let the ball in the air for grab ! Onece again Home 12th Man Jekyll vs Away Hyde

  • Cowboys at Giants : The Revenge. L 11-0 vs rest of the NFL / 0-2 vs Giants ! GREAAAAT defense performance, as the Offense was subpar and didn't help them at all. This now remind me of late season D surge for 2007 et 2011 previous titles.

Ravens at Patriots : always my worst pick as they are two of my three favorite teams (with the Lions)...We all know this wasn't the true Flacco last week ;) W even with 3 very uncharacteristic Pats' mistakes (red zone Brady pick, 2 horrible special teams turn-overs), still an easy game. This D is for real.

Week 14 results :
"Don't get hard to me, ultimately, I didn't do this to you, JBFers, YOU did this to you. Let it begin !!!"

Anthony LOMBARDI is back in contention with his 2nd victory in 3 weeks (at 13 !) and 3rd 10+ week in a row.13-3

Rick Senger streak carries on with a solid 11-5

Rich Marzullo (his 4th 10+ week in a row), Brad Brickley (4th too) and Allan Somerhall score 10-6 (his 2nd of the year in 3 weeks)

Doug Centers, Kevin Brown, Kevin Hagerman & Matt Reed get 9-7

Brian Floyd is 8-8

Andy Meyers is 7-9

I rank last scoring my first below 50% week of the season with 7-8, took too many chances to catch up with the leaders...

Overall ranking :

Doug Centers still first at 136-69 buuuut

Rick Senger jump KB and is now in his track with 133-72, everyting is possible again !

Kevin Brown, holder, catches up with 132-73

Rich Marzullo & Anthony Lombardi follow with 129-76

Brad Brickley jumps me with 125-80

I crumbles at 124-79

Kevin Hagerman 123-82

Brian Floyd at 121-84

Matt Reed at 119-87

Allan Somerhall at 114-91

Andy Meyers at 110-94

Mark Cheek
remains at 68-50, Bill Catellier at 29-34 and Mark Haslett at 8-8
