So, I'm still not totally sick of the zombie premise, and I find Tim Olyphant pretty entertaining, so I gave this show on Netflix a shot.  The first episode (which I'm assuming was shot as a pilot), wasn't quite there yet.  A little awkward, but it set up the premise.  By the time you get to episode 3 or 4, though, the show has found its rhythm and is firing on all cylinders.  Great dark comedy with the snappiest deadpan dialogue I've heard since 30 Rock went off the air.  And a pretty amazing cavalcade of guest appearances over the course of the season.

I enjoyed it very much. I was hoping for a higher body count but I suppose that counts for class on their part.

I just finished it yesterday.

Overall: it's fine. It's hard for me to get into these hyper-goofy comedies
when they're not spoofs. Nevertheless, the actors are great and it definitely
made me laugh quite a bit.

Also, I'm convinced this and SUBURGATORY exist in the same universe.

My wife and I loved it. We were both watching on a recent flight and kept catching each other laughing out loud. Laughing audibly is not something I do on a regular basis.  This just hit the right keys.

Seen up through Ep 4 and I enjoy it. Definitely off-kilter performances from Olyphant and Barrymore, probably kept them laughing through every shot.

Interesting tidbit: exec producer and director Ruben Fleischer directed ZOMBIELAND.

A crazy show but the actors are wonderful and in our stressful, insane times - a little silliness is welcome. Even if it is about eating people. :)

The creator of this show, Victor Fresco, also created BETTER OFF TED, which I enjoyed very much.  It's similarly absurd but an office comedy/satire.  You can binge both seasons of 13 episodes on Netflix.

GF and I watched the first two and I liked it.  She laughed but I have a feeling the graphic nature may be too offputting for her (she's not into zombies to begin with.)
