I honestly don't know all the characters JB created. Perhaps someone with that knowledge could post the full list? Maybe in the FAQs page? <NVM - I googled it>

I was going to start a new thread to ask about Vanguard, but since
s/he's been mentioned here...
JB, I was intrigued by Vanguard when s/he was introduced in JBNM,
and happy when the character showed up as a member of the
Conclave in Triple Helix. Vanguard seems to contain elements of
Captain and Mary Marvel/Superman and Supergirl, and Firestorm, but
knowing you, there's far more to the hero than the little I think I
know. Is there anything at all you feel comfortable sharing about
Vanguard?

Vanguard was/is very deliberately my version of Billy and Mary Batson, with the ol' Byrne twist thrown in to keep things interesting.
