Getting a bit anal now. Gabourey Sidibe at 34 years old is really too young for Amanda Waller? Nell Carter was 38 in 1986 when Amanda Waller was created, JB explained that Nell Carter was the bases for the character. Actual age numbers of actors doesn't really matter so long as they look the part and can act.

Just my take on the character.  No idea what JB had in mind for as Waller's age. Sidibe actually "reads" younger than her age to me as well. Amanda strikes me a well seasoned bureaucrat with the sort of connections and power that comes with years of experience.
