As evening wind-down viewing, I've recently started to revisit my favorite Seventies cop show, The Streets of San Francisco.
This weekend, watching four randomly-chosen segments, I saw episodes written by D.C. Fontana, Gene Coon, and Jack B. Sowards, and guest appearances by Mariette Hartley and Joanne Linville.
Awaiting me elsewhere in the series, if memory serves, are guest stars William Windom and Kim Darby, and numerous scripts by John D.F. Black, and probably other Star Trek connections that I've forgotten about.
Scripted TV production must've been a fairly small world, back in the old days...
