Good old VGer is operational.
Voyager 1 fires up thrusters after 37 years
This happened last year, but I didn't see any posts on it. Kind of amazing that Voyager 1 is still active. It left our own solar system 12 years ago.

I know I could Google it, but is this the longest-operating space probe? It started in 1977, right?

2 was launched before 1 and then 1 passed 2 at some point, and if I remember 2 has always been communicable. The use of the thrusters on 1 for the first time since 1980 was reported at the time on PBS I think. It's supposed to still be communicable until 2025 after which a strange bald disco lady will... nah, that trick never works.
A couple earlier Pioneer craft have also left the solar system.
