I love the new page. And I’m just now realizing after all these years that I really enjoy seeing civilian Scott as much as costumed Scott. His struggles with containing his powers lend to interesting story and character points.

Come on Marvel! Olive branch...or just a plain old neanderthal club over the back of the head...drag this insanely brilliant idea of a Legendary Artist of to the cave to play with the X-Toys.

This looks epic JB.

It's not about olive branches, tho. It's about me exploring a fun idea, as well as working some muscles that were getting a bit atrophied.

I always find the perspective grids to be the most fascinating and education part.

Marvel's response would probably be something along the lines of, "Nice stuff, but look how many things this guy keeps getting wrong about the X Men!"

This was one of the problems I had with HIDDEN YEARS. The editors assumed they knew the characters better than I did, and made changes -- thus making it WRONG!!

OMG, these pages are so good. You really don't need
words to know what Storm is feeling.

This is just awesome stuff. That is one striking page. Feels fresh, but classic.... and full of drama!

Just fantastic JB, uncanny how I've missed Cyclops. What a treat to see this. Thanks.
