It was originally to be out in July, but as of now, it is scheduled for August 15th.

I have seen comments elsewhere, that people are
receiving their copies and are in a dilemma wether to
open them or just read the original.IDW might just have
well released a book of blank pages!

ARTISTS EDITIONS can be read. ARTIFACT EDITIONS are strictly for looking at the art.

This sounds like anal fanboys inventing unnecessary "rules".

Buy an ARTISTS EDITION or ARTIFACT EDITION and not open it up and read/look at it?!? That's crazy talk.
