JB,
This is a wonderful almost complete commission!!! :-)
I have a question regarding the Absorbing Man's powers.
In the past, I've noticed that he grows in size, even if his opponent does not have the ability. Is this a power that the Absorbing Man just have?
Thanks

JB, I really appreciate you posting WIPs. I learn a lot about your process by seeing these.
I think the biggest "mindblown" thing I've learned is you put down your perspective grids first. Wow.
Oh, about the Absorbing Jr. jokes and replies - that has to be an old joke, but it was the first time I "heard" it - laughing at the joke and every reply - thanks guys. You got me good. I needed those laughs.

Credit where credit is due, as I recall it was Roger Stern who coined "Absorbing Jr".

For the commissions, do you have a preference for the size of the piece you're working on?

Small preference for the big ones. I like getting my whole arm working.

This is so awesome. I have noticed that many professional artists have a "go to" pose (like their head is at a certain angle or their body is leaping forward, etc). I don't think JB has a "go to" angle. EVERY angle is awesome. Looking up, looking down, left right, Thor descending - it all works!!!
