As others have noted, the Pentel Pocket Brush is a well know tool and awesome to use. I'm not a strong brush user so I don't use it too often.

Another pen that I'd recommend folks try out is the Pentel Sign Pen (SES15N). It's a semi-firm bristle-tip "brush", not a true brush, but it allows some pretty good line weight ranges and very fine details. It's water based ink but has great density. there are other Sign Pens, so if you do happen to give this a try, make sure it's the model SES15N.

And it's dirt cheap.

The other sign pens are great as well but you can't get the same fine details. They are more medium tip pens.
