I'm sure that everyone has noticed my absence over the past month and a half. My lack of scintillating discussion and fascinating counterpoints has been sorely missed, no doubt.

I was away due to a foot infection that had slightly disastrous repercussions, although I'm still bipedal. I've finally been released from hospital and rehab, and am now at home, healing fitting back into life.

No replies necessary, but I do think enough of myself to announce, "Hey gang! I'm back!"

Or to announce, "Oh no! He's BACK!" Your choice. :)

Thanks, gang. I'm trying to be controversial already, despite my doctor's orders... :) 

And I'm REALLY glad to be back and active in the community! I rather enjoy this place!
