An undeniable legend and icon. I am glad I was able to meet him, if only briefly. May he rest in peace.

I tried to summarize what Stan Lee has meant to me since I picked up my first Spider-Man comic over 45 years ago.  Words escape me.  Even though we all knew it was coming, it's still a bitter pill to swallow.

Thanks for making this geeky kid dream big, always strive to do the right thing despite sometimes overwhelming odds, and for creating a legacy that will impact generations to come.

Mr. Lee, you will be missed.

Its amazing that he lived so long and got to see his work become part of American (pop) culture.

While narrating a Spider-Man comic, Stan Lee once said of Peter
Parker: “He was destined for greatness - as are we all!”

That last part has stuck with me ever since and will forever.

Rest In Peace.

The world is a better place, because he
was in it.

Rest In Peace, Stan. You will be missed.

Wow... expecting this day would come... but still very tough to hear.

I owe Stan Lee so much gratitude for the amazing adventures he provided for my childhood. So many characters I love to this day.

Thank you, Stan.... EXCELSIOR!!!
