Weird. It says there are no shipping methods available, even though the site says Canada is fine for shipping. Therefore can't work out how to buy it...

Any indication of which issues will be included in the hardcover? I'm really, really curious about which dozen or so comics make up JB's own definitive FF run. I've already got the original issues, the early 2000s Marvel paperbacks, and the IDW Artist's Edition, but this does look really tempting...
