A moron State Rep in Missouri is trying to get a bill passed requiring citizens over the age of 21 to own handguns and AR-15s....

The Second Amendment protects the right of people to own firearms under special (long defunct) circumstances. It has no provision to make such ownership mandatory. That this “representative” has named his first bill after the Amendment indicates he has either not read or does not understand it.

I think he's just a garden variety idiot, possibly receiving kickbacks from the NRA and the gun manufactures, who simply just doesn't care what the Second Amendment says.
