I've been meaning for some time to do a key code for the FF poster I did in the 80s. Here it is!

Reed Richards -- Mister Fantastic

Susan Storm Richards -- The invisible Girl/Woman

Ben Grimm -- The Thing

Johnny Storm -- The Human Torch

Alicia Masters

Franklin Benjamin Richards

The Mole Man and his Subterraneans

The Skrulls

The Miracle Man

Namor, the Sub-Mariner

Doctor Doom

Kuurgo, Master of Planet X

The Puppet Master

Willie Lumpkin

The Mad Thinker

The Awesome Android

The Super Skrull

The Red Ghost and his Super Apes

Gregory Gideon

The Black Panther

The Molecule Man

Wyatt Wingfoot

The Infant Terrible

Prestor John

The Hatemonger

Rama Tut

Diablo

Sandman

The Trapster (aka Paste Pot Pete)

The Wingless Wizard

Quasimodo

The Watcher

Medusa

Black Bolt

Lockjaw

Triton

Maximus, the Mad

Gorgon

Karnak

Him

Crystal

Dragon Man

Galactus

Blastaar

Ronan, The Accuser

The Kree Sentry

Toomazooma, the Living Totem

Annihilus

Torgo

The Lost Lagoon Monster and his Mate

The Impossible Man

The Silver Surfer

The Psychoman

Agatha Harkness

The Monocle

Klaw

This is, of course, the version that does not include Attuma (who for some reason I could never really think of as an FF character), and still has Fred Hembeck as the marionette being manipulated by the Puppet Master.

Here is the poster as John describes it:

Here's a link to the image in the gallery where you can see a larger version:

I didn't include the large version here because that would force most to side scroll in order to read the thread.

Except the color version has Attuma, so it's not the image JB's talking about.  Here it is, however, for those who are so inclined to check it out!

Notice that the colored version has the FF in their new, JB-designed uniforms, while the B&W version shows the originals.

I've got the "negative" uniform, Attuma version. I never knew of any variations till now. Is the puppet still Hembeck?

Nice on both counts.

Mr. Byrne this is a bit off topic but it inspires my question so i didn't want to being a new thread just to ask. What was the most amount of figures that you have drawn in one scene? If you recall.

JB - How long did it take you to draw that?
