Looking a a few lists of what are considered one term presidents, and those that were assassinated are not included in those lists, so I would say you have to complete the four years and run again.

Correction to me: she’s described as having one full term, so, I guess (pushing the Trump analogy) Jonah WAS elected.

They never specified what office Jonah was impeached from.

David Mandel confirms that it was as Vice President.

What high — or low crime — was Jonah impeached for? And please confirm that it was as vice president, not president.

He was definitely impeached as vice president. I think there was something very funny to me that somehow you end up with him and Spiro Agnew in the same historical footnote. And my guess is it was a similar sort of financial campaign thing. At the end of the day, just a small-time guy in a big office.

Just read an online interview with show runner Dave Mandel. Interesting to see some of the different ways that were considered for the characters to get to their endings.

Also includes a shot from a different version of Gary’s last scene.

Thanks for the link, JB. On Colbert last week the entire cast was on for an interview. Lots of behind the scenes stories and a visual gag from season three that didn't make it into the show that was a perfect Jonah moment.
