Jose Luis Garcia Lopez on Fantastic Four, though I feel like he would be great on any Marvel book in the same way JB did such a fantastic job on all the DC characters when he first came over to DC from Marvel.

John Buscema on Batman.

Wow--this is a great topic!  I'm loving most of the answers, and I may duplicate some of them, but I'm going to try to answer without being influenced.

Curt Swan on FANTASTIC FOUR.  (I've thought this for a while now, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.)  But I wouldn't mind SPIDER-MAN (or PETER PARKER--good call, Brian Hague!) and CAPTAIN AMERICA too.

Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez on CONAN THE BARBARIAN, SHE-HULK, and CAPTAIN AMERICA too!

Jim Aparo on NICK FURY!  I would love that!  DR. STRANGE would be great too!

Don Newton on IRON MAN or DAREDEVIL, and, sure, DR. STRANGE also.  Dick Dillin and Mike Grell would work on these too.

John Buscema on WONDER WOMAN, WARLORD, and HAWKMAN!!!

Sal Buscema on BLUE BEETLE, JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, and I think GREEN LANTERN and/or GREEN ARROW for some reason.

Steranko on BATMAN, NIGHTWING, or THE CREEPER.

This might be obvious but--Bob Layton on METAL MEN!

How about John Romita Sr. on BLACK CANARY?

This might be cheating, but I'm thinking of them at their most Marvel-ous and I'd like to see Steve Ditko and then Jack Kirby on THE ATOM, and then Kirby could take on FIRESTORM and Ditko could move to THE DOOM PATROL.

Nick Cardy on Spider-Man

Good call, Ron

Nick Cardy on the All-New, All-Different X-Men. (He would have been amazing on the original team as well.)

I’m with you on the “original team” comment, Brian.

The original team is more of a "one to one" comparison with the Titans, but I think Cardy could have done much with the new X-Men as well.

I thought about Don Newton on Iron Man, but he actually did pencil Avengers Annual 9, which centered upon the character, as well as an issue of the Avengers (204).

As far as I know, Milo Manara has only worked with Marvel, doing a series of covers and the X-Women special. There are any number of DC characters I'd love to see him draw, including Madame Xanadu, Black Orchid, and the Black Canary. Maybe a Power Girl and Huntress adventure set on Earth-21-or-over.

Moebius has also done work for Marvel, but if I recall correctly, not DC*. I'd love to see a World's Finest or Wonder Woman Across the Solar System-style story from him.

Actually, a Wonder Woman On Different Worlds book with chapters by different artists would be a fun project to conjure with. One chapter by Manara, another by Moebius. A chapter from Kaluta, one from Chaykin... That would be something to see.

* I do remember a Superman pin-up in issue #400 and a Batman poster, so maybe I'm wrong about this...

Jim Aparo - it's too easy to say "Marvel Team-Up" or "Marvel Two-in-One",

Maybe, but it's still a great idea. :-)

Aside from that...

Jose Luis Garcia Lopez on Captain America
Mike Grell on Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD
Norm Breyfogle on Invaders (original five plus Spitfire and Union Jack)

John Romita on Teen Titans. The original team.
************************************************************ ******
I've been reading some of the early Teen Titans and have found Romita and Cardy to have similar styles

I would have loved to see Aparo do anything for Marvel, but my pick would have been to see him on Iron Man.

I would have loved to have seen Jack Kirby unleash his full imagination on Superman or Green Lantern. We had a taste Kirby's Superman in Jimmy Olsen and the Fourth World.

My wife and I were discussing this, and she thought of the following:

Mike Grell on Hawkeye.
Siegel and Shuster on Namor.
Bob Kane on Captain Marvel (kinda sideways, but you wanna mess with my wife? You wanna carry home a bag o' teeth? I'M purely sweet and pacifistic, but... :)

Bob's studio for the Fawcett one would still have been a cross-company swap back in the day. I'm not going to argue with the woman. :-)
