How are there still people who don’t know about this? The other day Walt Simonson revealed even he didn’t know!

***********

Did he say how much he’d love to ink it?

For those who missed it, it might be worth considering following the JBF via
the "Active Topics" function - it can give you everything new across all forums.

Never even noticed the Active Topics button before Tim. I missed the first couple of days of Elsewhen because of its placement. I think of this forum consisting of just one bit due to its unconventional layout. I didn't hear about New Visions for years because I'd forgotten there was a Star Trek forum.

I was rereading the NEW VISIONS thread last night, just for fun, and was struck once again by how long it took even hardcore TREK fans to learn the book existed. And most, it seemed, never did!

While "Elsewhen" is indeed fan-fic, I still just can't think of it that way.

As I am looking at the active topics today, I see this one - "Home Again, Home Again" - followed by the topic "Who Doesn't Have a Home?" The incidence amused me.

Especially when I think of John Byrne responding, in an Oprah like style, with "YOU get a home! And YOU get a home! And EVERYBODY gets a home!!!"

Ah, reality, you teasing temptress, you. Makes me want to stick around for a while.

Active Topics is where I start each visit to the Forum. Quite a time saver.
