Yep, widely regarded as one of the worst episodes of not only Voyager, but Trek in general.

Jack Bohn and Brandon Carter both nailed the answers to my last questions! Congrats!

I must admit I'm a bit stumped by Eric's question. I know very little about Slam Bradley except that he was created by Siegel and Shuster* back in the day and pre-dates Superman. He showed up in Detective #500, one of my favorite books. The other characters listed have too many qualities in common for me to narrow it down, I'm afraid. Something involving Gardner Fox, maybe?

Doing some digging on-line, it seems Bradley was given a son in the 90's who was first introduced as Slam Bradley himself. That would put him in with Black Canary and Plastic Man as characters whose identical offspring were said to be the original characters for a period of time before being "revealed" as their children later. That's a weird crowd to travel in. Dominic Fortune also had an identical son at one point, but that was known about the new character from the outset.

* At the direction of Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson, it would seem.

I also can't puzzle out Robbie's question either. And I'm kind of dying to find out what Marty McFly and Emma Peel have in common! (It doesn't involve a secret passion for corsets, does it? Because then I don't think I want to know...)

Emma Peel (The Avengers), Bodie (The Professionals), Corporal Hicks (Aliens), Marty McFly (Back to the Future)
---------------------------
Last-minute replacement actors!

Elizabeth Shepherd was the original Peel, Anthony Andrews was the original Bodie, James Remar was Hicks and Eric Stolz was, famously, the original Marty McFly.

All started filming and then were fired not long after, as it became clear that things weren't working out.

Dave P. hit it exactly. They were all back up features in Detective Comics at one time or another. But my trick part to it was that they did NOT all fight the Calculator in a series of Detective stories. Unless Slam slipped in there somehow... you never know with Slam Bradley.

What do these characters have in common:

Mimic, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Superman, Hornblower, Dream Girl, Chlorophyll Kid, and Karate Kid.

What do these characters have in common:

Mon-El, Superboy, Pete Ross, Supergirl, Lana Lang, and Jimmy Olsen
HINT: They are all members (one way or another) of the Legion of Super-Heroes; that's part of the answer, but it is NOT the link I'm thinking of.

Brian M. - actually, I hope that my questions aren't above ANYBODY'S pay grade. I tried to make them pretty simple, relatively speaking.

But perhaps you might have a question or two to pose? That would be fun too. C'mon, give it a shot.
