The first Space Force utility uniforms have been revealed.
Guess they're all set to hide behind any trees they may find in space.

I guess their first mission is on the forest moon of Endor?

Wouldn't it make more sense to have their uniforms resemble a mishmash of Air Force and NASA astronaut uniforms?
Oh, wait. This is the Trump administration's creation we're talking about. Nevermind.

Hold on a second, think about it: if we encounter advanced alien life, is there any doubt Trump wouldn't somehow insult them and provoke them into invading Earth? The uniforms are extremely forward-thinking in that respect; Space Force would most likely be fighting in our own environment.

Thanks for posting that, Conrad. I had not seen the utilities for Space Force yet.
They're using the same utility uniform that the Air Force currently uses, with the exception of the service lable (US Space Force vs US Air Force). Which make sense - they are still growing into their mission. We most likely won't see a significant uniform difference for a year or so.
If there are any other veterans in the forums, you may remember seeing what the early USAF uniforms looked like when it broke off from the US Army in 1949 - almost exactly the same at first. It took several years for the USAF to settle on their own uniform standards.
I still work with active duty USAF personnel and FWIW, the (mostly) USAF utility uniform Conrad posted is prefered by the USAF members. The previous utilites (ABUs) looked ... odd ... and by all reports I've heard were less comfortable.
And it's unlikely that President Trump nor anyone in his immediate sphere will have any influence in whatever changes the USSF make to their future uniforms. That normally happened from their senior staff (the General's).

That Endor reference is probably closer to the mark than you'd like it to be. Trump is almost certainly imagining his "Space Force" zooming off to other planets in their X-Wings.This guy doesn't understand the difference between climate and weather. Can we really expect him to know how space flight works?

I don't expect he knows how airplanes work.
Space camo.... wouldn't that be Star Boy's outfit from the Legion of Super-Heroes or the Justice Society? All black with star patterns on it?

You really need to use your Active Topics function - JB just posted this on the Star Trek Forum.
