This book is not cheap, I wonder if there will ever be a lower priced economy version? And I still can't tell if Mike Noble was included. If there are a lot of pages from modern comics reproduced in full colour I'm not sure it'd be worth it, but for older harder to find, and especially otherwise unpublished, I'd definitely pay the price. I wish the previews didn't show what looks like pages from modern comics as some kind of enticement... on amazon you see the front and back, two such modern colour story pages and one b&w illo. I definitely need a contents page.

But we claim lots of stuff that isn't ours. The British Museum is full of it :-)

Rebecca - there's images going back to the 1860s and Marie Du Val's "Ally Sloper".
Plenty of stuff from the 50s-70s. A lot of it is taken from the original art (rather than scans of the published art).
