Okay, that's what we have for tonight! When I have more AF characters made up (which hopefully will be soon), I'll post them here.
Let me know what you think, and my friend's website is watermarked on the cards. Check it out!

Thanks, Leigh. I know who's on my list to be customized (and there's a bunch of AF in store), but who would you most like to see?

I'd like to submit a request for Puck, if you please.

It's the closest mechanic we have in the game for the wind shear effect she and Northstar use, as with Tundra.

It's not energy per se--we usually reserve that for things like Cyclops' optic blast, Thor's lightning or Superman's heat vision--and I should ask Chris to clarify this on the card. We wanted to represent that Aurora has an attack that's not punching a target but rather speeding past it. I figure kinetic energy counts.

I hope I'm interpreting her ability correctly! And I'll post the revision when we have it up.

Thanks!

Hey Eric!

Puck is absolutely on the list. I've written him up as human, despite the post-JB storyline that had him being the living prison of a demon-thing, because... that hasn't been referenced in a long time and I think JB's intent was to have Eugene Judd as a highly trained fighter, not a quasi-supernatural. Taking a page from JB's book, so to speak, I'm simply ignoring stuff that may have been written into the character but hasn't been part of a story for a very long time.

If anyone is curious, the write ups I did for Alpha Flight some time ago can be found here. There were changes made to cards that you've seen already, to make them align with the game's rules, but you can see how I am trying to adapt their abilities into a card game.

How soon will you see the next ones? Well, these cards were page 5 of an Excel spreadsheet and Alpha Flight circles around again on pages 10-12, so it might be a while. Even so, the link above might be fun to look through.

... and I just added a special "boost" for Northstar and Aurora on my custom request sheet to model their light-flash ability. If both are active, one can forgo an attack to blind opponents (-4 attack for 2 turns). If I do the "modified" Aurora later, when Walt helped disconnect her powers from Northstar's, that ability will be on her character card.

Thanks, everyone!

Oh, there's one thing that would help a LOT:

What art would you suggest to represent these characters? I'd love suggestions for what you all think would be the best image to put on a card.

Appreciate the thoughts and look forward to your suggestions.

Chris Crowther is the fellow who makes the cards. I messaged him to add (wind shear) after Energy Blast but he hasn't seen the message yet.

Wind sheer is an effect of the twins super speed, not a power in itself.
