If its any consolation your original art is actually included in the trailer, JB (around the 0:44 mark):

Despite my profound dislike for the first film I admit I'm kinda interested in this. Looks like fun and Gunn is a good choice for the material.

Here's the Idris Elba Bloodsport in full costume (same video as above, set to where the costume appears)

The "bandana" of the original design is sort of there, but in blue, without eye holes.

The casting is a big turnoff. And I had no clue whatsoever that was supposed to be Bloodsport. Why are most of the other costumes at least recognizable, but he looks like a Power Ranger wannabe?

Of all the returning cast, I was hoping Joel Kinnaman wouldn't be back. He has the charisma of a rock. And I don't mean Dwayne Johnson. Most of the villains being used are rather lame. If Idris Elba, Margot Robbie and John Cena weren't in it, I wouldn't care about the movie at all.

Isn't that pretty much the whole "Suicide Squad" thing though?

I think that honour goes to Kitty Pryde.

I didnt' read the Bloodsport comic book by JB until a few years ago. It came out a few months before my grandpa started buying the Spanish version of JB's Superman every 15 days.

It was an interesting story, but not one of my favorites. I wish they would have included other JB's villains such as Silver Banshee (that character ROCKED my 8 year old self) or Skeeter, the barefoot vampire girl wearing daisy dukes, instead.

I received a surprisingly large royalty check for the first SUICIDE SQUAD movie, based, I supposed, on DC’s rule that the first artist to draw a character or group of characters is considered one of the “creators” even if, like me in this case, they were strictly Art Robot. (I’ve gotten a lot of checks for Amanda Waller!)

I wonder if that will apply to this second movie, with, perhaps, an extra goose from there being a character I actually created in the mix?

Should I start planning to buy that house on the Riviera, or should I expect another DARK PHOENIX?
