Eh. Seems like they are just trying to dodge the lawsuit from the New York AG. They plan to reincorporate in Texas.

They are as cash rich as they have ever been. It is a legal maneuver, unfortunately. Not a sign that they're in decline.

It's not a gun manufacturers lobby, that's the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF).
