Again a wonderful issue, have not been so excited about a Superman title in years. Black Adam and Zoom at the end was very nice surprise. Can't wait for the next issue; hope it has a classic JB battle scene in it.

Solid, entertaining story; great art; and as I said before - the inks are
better than in the previous issue. I'm still not grooving on some of
the line work in Superman's face, but I'm definitely along for the ride.

Keep it coming........

Damn - I'm still torn on the art. Should I feel bad that I think that final
product looks REALLY sweet, even though Nelson's doing some over-
rendering at times?

JB,

You may not know how to draw more than four poses of the FLASH, but you sure know how to draw ZOOM!

This was one heck of an issue.  I absolutely loved it.  The final page was pure beauty.  One of your best pages EVER!

Loved it.

David

David, I know what you mean. That last page was SO crucial, and did John sell it?

BET YOUR *** HE DID!

That page is heart-breaking, in that:

A) it's so damned good.

B) In spite of it being avaliable for everyone to see - the word on the street is that Nelson is "saving" the art.

Nothing against Nelson - I like his inks.  But COME ON, NOW.

Nice. The feel is definitely different than a "Byrne-only" package, so it feels fresh and new. Some nice moments for writer and artist to shine. Also, not over-written. I adored Jimmy's finishing of the reporter's sentence! Teth Adam's appearance and handling was a welcome surprise.

The inking is going to take some getting used to, however. :)
