Marvel's next big event is "Decimation" in which they are hinting mutants are going to be depopulated in some way so that they are unique in the MU again. I seem to recall about fifteen years ago in an interview in Marvel Age magazine you expressed the same basic idea, that there were just too many mutant characters running around and that you planned on getting rid of them. Do you recall this?

Well VV, I doubt any employee of current Marvel has a continuity archive that goes back that far. They might not even be aware of it.
