Hi John,

You were nice enough to say yes to a few questions via email about your days working on CPL back in the 70's...I have all of the text for that particular zine done for the column I am getting ready to start, and would still really love it if I could get a few short questions answered by you. Completely aside, Ken, my wife picked up Shadow #6 (?) for her dad, who's not into comics, but very much a Shadow fan. I assume that's your letter in the back?

haha, yeah, that probably is me...wonder if I was still in Utah then, in college? I wrote a ton of letters while in high school and college, so...yeah, probably me!

Oh, and an aside to you...there is a big Shadow fan that has put together collections of Shadow sketches and stuff, at conventions and through the mail...if you want to try to track that stuff down for him, I can pull it out and see if there is any contact info...and I actually did a shadow painting myself, which you can see on my site at http://www.kenmeyerjr.com/comics/shadow.html

Yes, if it's not too much trouble, contact info on that guy would be great. Very nice painting you did, too!

The letter was return-addressed to Savannah, so I'm guessing high school.

Yup, that would be high school...and I am back in Savannah now, though I would have never thought in a hundred years I would be back here.

I will pull those out, I think I have two...and get back to you...in fact, email at the address in the first post, and that will remind me.
