Richard Stevens: Slightly off-topic: Does Gladiator have his own version of Kryptonite?
According to (fake) Storm's dialogue and the color used in on page 12 of FANTASTIC FOUR #250, I'd say so, yes.
I tried to scan and post this page, but wound up with an image that was way too big (both in file size and dimensions). Perhaps one of you would be so kind?
By the way, does anyone have any advice on how I can reduce images to the correct size without resorting to software like Photoshop or Illustrator (which I don't own)?

Gladiator is vulnerble to "certain wavelengths of radiation," according to Silver Surfer. When he fought Hulk ten or so years back, the radiation of a nuclear reactor floored him, as I recall.

Frank - Try downloading irfanview. It's an easy to use image viewer, and allows you to reduce stuff in size with the greatest of ease (thanks, Gerry!).

I don't think either Thor or Superman were unconscious.

"Most powerful weapon in the universe" is just a tagline -- like Hulk's
"unlimited strength," Juggernaut's "unstoppability" and Odin's
"omnipotence."
Right, Frank... but even allowing for a bit of hyperbole, I think a strong-willed ring wielder should give Superman some trouble in a tussle.
Unfortunately, as you've pointed out, that's just not the case.

Gerry, one day all computers will follow the program that your brain has written. Thanks!

One thing about Future Imperfect that bugs me...how did Mjolnir come to be in that display case in Rick Jones' memorabilia room? Unless Thor died on the spot, in that room, and the case were constructed around it somehow, nobody could've moved it unless they were worthy to lift it (we saw that The Maestro certainly couldn't lift it). If someone were worthy of the hammer, wouldn't there still have been a Thor around to plague The Maestro?
Sorry, OT - but just thinking about that story reminded me of that.

He could have made a machine to pick it up. Thats what Dr.Doom did in an issue of Thor.

Gerry Turnbull, you're a [whatever]send. That was indeed the page I was unable to create.
I did download IrfanView, and I did what seemed necessary to reduce the dimensions of the image, but I still got the "The image must be no wider than 600 pixels" error when I tried to upload the reduced image to the thread. Not sure what I'm doing wrong...but I do thank you, Simon, for pointing me in the direction of the application. Seems pretty cool!

Victor - Cool! I suppose he could've at that. Never thought of that! I wonder what could've trashed the Silver Surfer's board, though...I'd have thought only Galactus (or another Herald of his) could do something like that.
Frank - Gerry is a (whatever)send - He's the one who put me onto IrfanView! Glad I could help (at least a bit!).
