Gorgeous! For some reason, my favorite bit is the sliced off glove fin (with the notch on the second fin). Somehow I'm seeing Logan almost tagging the Batman time after time after time, and getting angrier after every failed strike, becoming more and more reckless as he thinks he's almost got the Batman where he wants him. Meanwhile the Batman is reeling him in like a fish, knowing that he's almost got Wolverine where he wants him.
So much information from so little on the page. A masterpiece.

It's got a double-whammy for discussion: It's not only a hero versus a hero, but it's Marvel versus DC (and a winner is shown)!

JB, did you consider having one of Batman's "ears"
lopped off?
****
No. I think that looks goofy.

Let me just add an emphatic THANK YOU for not doing that....I wanted Batman looking like he's been a scuffle, but still come out dignified.

Again on Wolverine's super-duper, all-purpose healing factor. While not the extreme of what happened in the Civil War crossovers in Wolverine's solo title, it always bugged me a little how BWS handled Wolverine's hair in the Weapon X serial. This may sound silly, but it was goofy to see Logan's hair burned off his body and the hair (at least on his head) grew back in a matter of minutes. Now, his beard or mustache never did this before, after or even there. Just his trademark do and burns. I know BWS was probably trying to show another cool aspect of his healing factor (which I think should now be coined regeneration factor since it seems the thing to do), but, really...

Maybe it was a suggestion of natural appearance, i.e Wolverine's hair only grows so long or whatever. That said, I agree.

Recently, after about a decade with a goatee, I
decided to reconnect my chin whiskers and my
sideburns, to see how it looks. I don't find myself
looking in the mirror and thinking "healing nicely!"

Well, all I know is my healing factor is not working at all on the hair on my head, but quite nicely for the hair in my ears!

I still think it was BWS's story that suggested the bone claws (one thing the movies did right, imo, by not copying that).

Looks about right to me. Batman or Captain America have it all over Wolverine, hand to hand. Batman or Cap have it all over ANYbody hand to hand (anybody meaning up to some middleweights and most "heavyweights" in superhuman strength).
