This Batman/Manhunter illo was done in 1984; I checked with Walt and he does not remember what he did it for. Does anyone here know? Not off hand, but I vaguely remember that his Manhunter work was reprinted in baxter paper form around that time. Maybe it was a promo piece or extra art for it?

I got this in 2006 at a show in Syracuse, NY. It's Superman by Francis Manapul drawn on the cover of one of his sketchbooks. It's one of my favorites but I've never gotten around to scanning till today.

Jason- it's just that we try to keep this thread more about showing offart, and less about pointing out if you don't like something. It keepsthings positive and stops folks from being afraid of showing whatthey've bought. I've seen other message boards about art collectingwhere this is not the case, and it just get's really negative reallyfast.Although, I'm not sure if you were commenting on the art, or justyour feelings about the characters...
The characters, not the art.
I just really did hate that costume that was foisted upon Wally.
