Thanks Joe! It was a really quick sketch too! If memory serves, Erik did the black marker lines first, then built the rest of the Hulk around that.

From 1981: This piece reminds me of how charming those old Superboy stories could be. I would have loved to have seen JB's take on the classic Superboy!

Awesome Schaffenberger page, Lloyd. He is on my "watch list" for artists to pick up a page from. I did manage to get something by the person who was probably top of the list today but I won't spoil it until it gets here on who and what.

I think Schaffenberger is sometimes overlooked when people think of the great artists, but I've always liked his clean, deceptively simple style--especially for characters like Superboy or Captain Marvel.BTW Jason your new art sounds great--looking forward to seeing it!

Schaffenberger is great, even greater if he does his own inks (although Dave Hunt did a really nice job on that piece Lloyd).
