Agreed, James! There is something about this page, and those panels in particular, that is just timeless Aparo. I miss his Batman.

Hulk 258's always been a favorite of mine. I used to have several chunks of that Mantlo / Buscema run when I was a kid and they're probably still my favorite Hulk runs. And while this cover always looked great with the Soviet Super Soldiers threatening the Hulk I've wanted to see it with the U-Foes. I know they're not big player but I've got a thing for the goofy and the obscure. Simon did such a cool job with this. I really like it.

Kevin Moorhead, who did that recreation? It's very nice. And it does capture Buscema to a certain extent...

Sebastien, the artist is Simon Williams. He's from the UK and he's done some work for Marvel UK.

Kevin,Who is the black/white character in the Avengers pic by Agnes Garbowska? I can't think of a character that fits that image from that era of the team.Nice Hulk reinterpretation too.

Michael, looking at that Avengers picture, I think that's the Black Panther.

2 new quick sketches, from a signing at my local comic shop Strange Adventures, by Darwyn Cooke, a genuinely nice guy and fun to listen to. The GL above got a bit smudged due to the marker used, but it still looks neat.
