Of course, after it's done there's lots of things you see went wrong and you wish you could fix...the pitfalls of "alla prima"...

I'd heard there was a new Robin, have yet to read the story. That's one tough lookin' Batman, KJ.
I just finished reading, and by reading I mean devouring, the Joe Kubert Artist Edition. Good gracious. I have zero knowledge of how he worked, but, those pages are so clean!! There's no white out or white paint, and still, the black to white ratio in every page is perfect. Oddly, the other Artist's Editions I own, Wood's and Davis', are severely labored over, and in some spots, downright sculptures.
The TARZAN pages I just read in the Kubert Edition are spotless, with only the blue pencil of the letterer's placement guide (even then rarely) visible.
I hereby heretofore hold myself in contempt of a drawing board.
