I have taken up doodling as I did when I was a kid, starting and finishing with just a pen:

Looks like you did a better job of inking JB's pencils than most people I've seen, Jovi. Keep up the practice, and maybe you'll impress one of the pros!

So, I stopped at lunch time, to do a doodle. This is what fell out my head in that hour.
All done in Storyboard Pro on my cintiq.

[edited to note: that for a thread that has neigh on 30K posts, it only has 5K views!. I guess we must have ticked around for a second lap!?]

When I posted my Wonder Woman a couple of weeks ago, someone suggested I show the process. Well, I don't normally scan the different stages, I DO have them for this HULK picture! So, first the thumbnails (a few different poses to choose from), then the pencil stage, and finally the inked version. I have a couple of problems with the final version that I wish I had fixed before inking--let's see if everybody agrees on them!

Nice little set showing your process, Eric!

Here is a set of sketches I did yesterday:

I gave a little origin story for one of my original characters. Her family were living in Charleston, South Carolina until some unexplained disaster caused the ocean level to rise over 200 feet within a few weeks. Years later, her rival (the hippy chick) discovers her childhood photo and pokes fun at her being a chubby kid with long hair.

A little bit of fun with my original characters (as cavewomen hunting a wild pig)
