8"x8" Pentel Stylo and Sakura Pigma BB lightboxed onto Canson matte finish

I guess I'm just never going to be as good an Inker as my heroes. I'm not giving up, mind you, clearly too stubborn for that, but, I do wish I could be Wade Von Grawbadger, Dave Gibbons, or Kevin Nowlan.

I attended my first ever "Life Drawing" class this past Wednesday at FREE LUNCH STUDIOS. The subjects were two lovely Roller Derby Girls from the HARTFORD WAILERS! A good time was had by all, however, when the moderator/host came by to see my work, his comment was, "Wow! Illustrative!" I'm still mulling over what that meant. ;)
